well to my knowledge the morning after pill works for 2-3 days after but the sooner the better.
in your case though i think stopping the pregnancy would take an abortion.
to find out if your pregnant visit your doctor or use a pregnancy test

Since you are so young there are complications that come with a pregnancy of a person so young. I know you want the BEST possible baby so you need to take care of yourself, see a doctor, and stay away from drugs, smoking or drinking.
There is only 2 ways of stopping it. You either have the baby or have an abortion. You need to see the doctor for both.
