Hello,

I am living in europe the netherlands and my wife drives a '94 e150 hightop conversion van. We had a simular airbag lamp problem. we also had (not always) a problem with engaging the cruise control on the steering wheel. After a year the horn did not work.

For us this was the signal that the spring coil in the steering wheel was not working. The spring coiul is a need design that connects the electrical things on the steering wheel (horn, airb, cruise) to the fixed steering colomn/chassis.

A springcoil costs about USD 90,=
