your crankcase ventillation system is plugged or severly restricted-------- hose from air cleaner to valve cover has a small filter installed in it, check it, and regardless how many miles it has{unless}worn completely out-----compression test verifys this---everybody who has a high mileage vehicle needs to change oil 3 times in a row at 1000 mile intervals on motor if you're gonna keep it. changing oil is paramount to extended ENGINE LIFE--------RETIRED ASE MASTER
