1995 Pontiac Sunfire with over 180000kms has one cylinder that will not fire despite getting gas compression etc What do you look for next?

[Edit]

If it's getting the right amount of fuel, spark that's timed properly and it has compression, the cylinder MUST fire. But it's easy to miss the obvious sometimes.
Check the plug, see if it's fouled. Sometimes an oil fouled plug can cause problems. If oil is getting past the rings and fouling the plug it may just be time to rebuild the engine. Also, check the plug wire to that cylinder.
Double check everything, it's easy to make assumptions and that's when you end up having problems.
Good luck.
