I assume that you have electronic a/c and heating. Have you replaced any thing? Added any coolant? Engine temp is ok. Electronic temp sensor is ok? Any air lock in the coolant system? If all the above is good, and say you do have a hot rad hose, and still can not find the problem. Then, there is a little switch behind the whole dash board, yes that's right, drop the steering column, un screw the whole dash board, and on the passenger side right at the fire wall close to the bottom of the windshield you will find a little switch, cannot remember what Ford calls it, but I call it by a name I cannot repeat on this page, about 5 hours work, that's why I cannot repeat the name. Just ask a ford parts man, he will tell you the name and cost. Hopefully its not that. and just a air lock, or temp sensor on the engine.
