This can be a number of problems. There are so many things that can be wrong when a car doesnt start. Here are the most common on a Intrepid.
1. Dead Battery
2. Wiring is Shot
3. Ignition Switch
4. Relay Module is not putting out the right voltage
5. Bad Starter
6. Bad Spark Plugs
I have a 1993 Dodge Intrepid and right now it's having the same problem. It starts every now and then but i was told it's the Ignition Switch.
Give those 6 a look and report back.
there is none if its 2.7 I dont know about the other engines
dont have a clue :)
please dont say this question again
well i dont no what to say bro
if spedo dont work ether its a speed sensor
if your illumination wire is bare and touching the radio it will short it out
Most Chrysler radios from the late 90's have a hard time reading burnt cd's. Try cd's with a different colored back.
this is what ours was doing we are told it is the fuel pump. we are having ours replaced.
check all of your fuses all you have to do is do an ohm test probe one side and the other side you dont even have to take them out
if you are looking at the motor from the front of the car it is on the right side of the plunum it has a wire hook up and it gets vaccum straight from the plunum its just a square box dont look like its important
Many reasons.... but have it check the Cap Sensor.... If the sensor is bad the car engine will run at certain speed while the transmission thinks is going faster/slower... if the sensor is starting to fail your car may turn on some days and others dont. Good Luck.
when you change the fues and relay switches and the truck dont start what to do next.
