Is there really such a thing as a five lug F250? 99.99% of all F250's have 8 lugs for heavy duty use. To actually answer this, yes they would if they are close to the same model year as ford would...
The bolt pattern is a 5 lug 5.45 Many Geo and Chrysler/Dodge products also have this same configuration.
