2003 Honda Recon TRX250 rebuilt the carb but it still pours gas out when the gas is in the on position How do i correct the problem Is the needle sticking?

Answer

if you remove the bowl on the bottom of the carb you will see a float. it pushes up on a jet that allows gas to flow into the bowl and stops gas when the bowl is full i very small bend upward on the piece that pushes the jet up will stop gas from leaking out of the overflow. whatever you do dont go too far. if that doesnt fix it than the jet that lets gas come in will need replaced
