350 cubic inch does not equal any horsepower. it is a measure of the size of the engines combined pistons displacements. in general a 350 cubic inch engine will make more power than a 305 of the same year and manufacturer engine but it really depends on how the engine was designed.

You can't convert cubic inches to horsepower. more cubic inches usually mean more horsepower but it horsepower is determined by more than displacement (i.e turbo chargers and engine internals).
