First as the mother you must be taking your prenatal vitamins and eating properly. Which means when your thirsty you should drink, hungry you should eat or snack. Eating is what keeps your baby growing and eating is very important. Keeping iron up and drinking lots of fluids. If you have been doing all of these things then it is meant for you to have a smaller then average baby, if not at this point you are going to have him/her soon so just take the best care of your child once they are here. You can only do so much as a person so just take care of yourself eat right and do what you can.
The one piece of advice I can give you is please stop worrying! Easier said done, I know. We worry-warts could conjure up all kinds of disasters, but rest assured many do not happen! I was the same way for years, until I read this advice: DON'T WORRY ABOUT WHAT YOU CANNOT CONTROL. And since we cannot control hardly anything, that leaves little to worry about. To answer your question, you are 37 weeks pregnant, but pregnancy is calculated as plus or minus two weeks---they often don't know the exact date you became pregnant. A sonogram can get closer to the date than we women can, but again it is still somewhat of an inexact science. A baby that measures 34 weeks at a calculated stage of 37 weeks, is a little small. That doesn't mean anything is necessarily wrong, okay? And don't be afraid to ask your doctor lots of questions. That's what you pay them for.
There are many reasons for that your baby is not growing. Malnutrition and under nutrition of the mother are two major causes for the same world wide. Food fads is next common cause. Others being genetic and other factors related to foetus.
If your cervix is really 4cm dilated (not sure what the 80 is) at 34 weeks you should be at the hospital as your baby could be born anytime and at 34 weeks your baby will be pre-term and need extra support.
A woman usually carries a baby for 9 months (or approx 40 weeks). It is not unusually for a baby to be born at 34 weeks, but if you are only 34 weeks gone and you are in labour then you should go to the doctor/hospital immediately, as there could be complications and/or the baby's organs may not have developed enough.
both are.. but at 34 weeks the baby is bigger and at 18 weeks the baby is moving and turning inside your stomach and its beautiful to be able to see it and you can also see what you are having at 18 weeks if the baby legs aren't close together...congrat and best of luck

For this calculation, you must do the following: 34 weeks X 7 days a week = 34 X 7 = 238. There are 238 days in 34 weeks.
On average a baby at 32 weeks weighs about 4 to 4 1/2 pounds and is about 17 inches long.
