A Canon Powershot 590 is a digital camera. Its 8MP CCD captures enough detail for photo quality 16x22 inches prints. It also has 4x optical image stabilized zoom.
Kodak. Though not the simpless type it has excellent picture quality. Avoid some cheaper units. Its all in what you want to pay. Another suggestion: I recommend CANON Powershot a 720 It has really great options like 8mp, 6x optical zoom, etc. and its price is very affordable
Use a camcorder / camera (must be able to record videos) with lots of megapixel. 8MP+ gives HD (high definition)
It depends upon the MP of your camera. The more the MP the higher the quality of the photo, and so the no of pictures that can be stored reduces. For ex, for a 2MP camera, you can store 2379 photos on a 2GB card, whereas for a 8MP camera you can only store 635 photos.

Most advanced smartphone cameras are 8MP picture quality. They can shoot video in 1080p resolution. The Nokia N8 has a 12.1 MP camera.
The Fuji s5800 has 10X optical zoom and is 8MP. It is also good for low light. Check it out here.... http://www.fujifilm.com/products/digital_cameras/s/finepix_s5800/index.html Enjoy! Joe
