I had the same thing and my doctor said not to be to concerned unless there was tissue present or moderate to heavy bleeding. She said it is very normal to have some pink discharge and cramping in the very early stages of pregnancy. I would still ask my doctor if I were you though, just to be sure.... My doctor said that when your cramping its because you and the baby are dehydrated. You may have to get fluids via an iv. Also it is very important to drink plenty of water.

Probably completely normal. If the cramping gets severe or the discharge changes to brown or red call your doctor. A good resource online for info about baby related things is www.babycenter.com Hope this was helpful

Light cramping is normal, yes. If it is very painful and/or accompanied by bleeding, it is important to go straight to the hospital though. The cramps are caused by the uterus stretching as the baby grows.
No. You should contact your doctor right away or better yet take a trip to the emergency room.
Answer If ur cramping and bleeding at 5 weeks pregnant it could be two things: a miscarriage or you thought that you were pregnant and you were just really REALLY late. IF CONFIRMED PREGNANCY, CALL DOC IMMEDIATELY OR GO TO EMERGENCY ROOM.
