Stay away from that card!
ATI/AMD 6370m, 6450m, 5470m, mobility 4570 & 3670. Nvidia 410m, GT 320m, 220m, 120m, are a little better, most ddr2 cards like 9600m GS, 9500m GS, 8600m GT etc are worse.
well i i have double 8400 gs they work great, but i would buy even newer cards cause they get more cheap and 8400 gs is getting quiet old :P
There is no way to upgrade the memory on a graphics card. The "limit" of memory is the maximum amount of shared video memory that the graphics card will occupy in the system's RAM. The best way to get better graphics performance in this situation is to buy a similar NVIDIA card and SLI them together.
No
no
No, it's not.
According to this link you can change the graphic card in a Vostro 1510. Go here: http://www.ebay.com/itm/NEW-Dell-Vostro-1500-1510-1520-1700-Video-Card-UW390-/190517705394 He even sells the graphic card.
The GeForce 8400 GS is an Nvidia graphics card suitable for use in a PC. The main advantages of this card are that this is one of the latest cards of its type, having full support for Microsoft DirectX 10 and that it promises film quality game effects.
