There are lots of places you can get a free laptop with a broadband package, however you do have to be careful... Often it is not REALLY free... as you can get the same broadband connection cheaper WITHOUT the laptop!
Whether or not the deal is actually good depends on which deal you go for. Make sure you check the price of the laptop and broadband when sold separately, to ensure you are getting a good deal.
