A dollar is not made of paper what are they made out of?

Answer:
Crane paper which is made from cotton.
A silver dollar is not made of paper, and what about the Susan B Anthony dollar. That is not made of paper. Oh yes there are the presidential dollars. They are not made of paper, right? They are mostly copper. So as you can see a lot of dollars are Not made of paper. Yep but a note is paper.( a note means a dollar)

A note is a debt instrument. The word note does not mean dollar. A note is a promise to pay something future. But what is it about the present day Federal Reserve note that makes it uncollectible? There is no due date on the note. It used to say will pay in lawful money to the bearer on demand on a Federal Reserve note. If they had to pay in lawful money then the federal reserve note must not be lawful money. Look at an old federal reserve note, and see what it says.
It looks like today they can just print up as much paper money as they want to. Every time they print more the dollar becomes worth less and less. Today it cost about $14 just for the silver content of a silver dollar. That means that the paper dollar is only worth about 7 cents and going down all the time. Why do people put up with this? Why don't people say " We are mad as hell and we are not going to take it any more"?
