If he does not want to be with his current girlfriend he should break up with her to be fair with her not only for their feelings but because he is cheating on her. Most times when guys see other girls around their current girls back it is because the "other girl" is being used by them for their own selfish needs. You will have to ask him if he is going to leave his girlfriend and what he thinks of being with you - the odds are usually very slim that the guy chooses the other girl. Don't be surprised if nothing becomes of the two of you as that is very common. Besides would you really want to be with him knowing he cheated on someone else for you - that behaviour usually repeats itself.
