Mass is a measurement of how much matter exists in the body you're measuring.

The amount of matter in you doesn't change on the moon, so you would still have a mass of 16.3 kg.

What does change on the moon is your weight, which is a unit of force, not mass.

The mass of an object doesn't change its the weight that changes as for example a pencil if the weight of that pencil was 2.4 lbs on earth it would be weightless on the moon but the mass is like the area of something and the area doesn't change unless u break it off

0.15 kg. Mass doesn't change, (unless the object is moving at a significant fraction of the speed of light).

But weight does change, depending on what else is around.

Your rock with 0.15 kg of mass weighs 1.47 newtons (5.3 ounces) on the surface

of the earth, and 0.24 newton (0.57 ounce) on the surface of the moon.

0.8 kg.

While the weight (which is measured in pounds) changes on the moon due to the decreased gravitational force, the mass does not change.

Mass doesn't change. 0.15 kg is 0.15 kg, on the moon, on Earth,

or anywhere in between.
