A teen and pre-teen falling in love?

If it's love, go for it. Make sure you both are looking for the same thing, and that you both know the restrictions. If it really is love, don't let anyone stand in your way. If it's not meant to be, it'll work itself out in the end. But make sure you are ready for the conciquences. When the teen turns 18, it will be illeggal. So be prepered.

It is not illegal but you do need to prepare and don't get yourself into something that you will be stuck with for the rest of your life.
