A university degree is essential for young people to get a job do you agree?

[Edit]

In these days, people who own a masters degree are not finding a suatable job, what if they are having only a university degree?!

From the other side, i think that this all depends on your experiences, field of study and organisations you are aiming to work in.
It also depends stricktly on the geographical regions you are living in, wether you are in ASIA, America, Europe.. because these continents have different values and beliefs which might change your life and career map.

from my own perspective & experience, i have noticed that experience is number one now in job applications. Even though am holding a MASTERS degree in MBA , but am still not albe to find a job that suits me and suits my field of study. Others that i know just hold a bachelors degree or even a high school certificate and are working from ages ago, because they thought of experience and never thought of knowledge!

Hope this answers your question.

Bests,

Rose.
