Go to Kanto Radio Station and talk to the guy in the black hat near the stairs. he gives an item so that u can listen to Kanto radio. go in front of Snorlax and tune in to pokeflute then hit "A" on Snorlax and u fight him. he is lvl 50. CATH HIM!
