Woah, NICE TRY! The fact is you were driving WITHOUT A LICENSE and WITHOUT INSURANCE. Even if there was insurance on just the car, (known as permissive user where anyone with a LICENSE can drive the vehicle) that doesn't matter. More than likely your local DMV will be notified of the incident and most likely any applications for license with either be denied outright or suspended pending court approval, a.k.a. your court date. Most likely several events are most likely will occur. You WILL be fined, amount varies by state. You may also be subjected to community service since you did commit a misdemeanor or in some states, a felony. On top of that IF your license is granted, you may receive a 6 - 12 month introductory suspension on your first license (ouch!) once it's granted or it may be denied altogether until you reach the age of 18 or another age agreed upon by the prosecuting county/court, subject to applicable law. So yeah, long story short TRAFFIC SCHOOL WILL NOT SAVE YOU. You can also expect your initial insurance rates to be severely high.
