Together, they work to motivate one another to lose weight and to help each other resist food. When one is feeling sad or happy, they talk or comminuctae with the other to express their emotions. Ana buddies are there for support, to give advice, to encourage you, to help a person when they are facing problems, and to be there as a friend.
