There is no one-size-fits-all answer to this question as what you need in your first aid kit depends on what sort of setting you will be carrying it in. A meat-processing plant would need very different things than a bank, for example.
There are a few things I would recommend all kits to have, though:

You should have a spare tire, a working emergency brake, and a first aid kit.
In case there is an emergency. Then one could not reach the first aid kit if it was locked.
Use first aid in any medical emergency (or non-emergency).
A teenager should know basic first-aid and what the emergency numbers to call in case of an emergency.
Basic Emergency First Aid Training is a one-day course offered by Emergency First Aid. It provides participants with essential knowledge and skills to respond effectively to medical emergencies in the workplace.
Some careers include: EMT (Emergency Medical Technician). Paramedic. Advanced Paramedic. Ambulance Driver. Nursing (more advanced than a Responder level in First Aid).
Everyone should complete a first aid training course so in the event of an emergency, You will know what to do to not only keep everyone safe, but how to help others who are hurt. Especially if you have young children you should have some first aid training.
The best first aid is to call 911 or your local emergency number.

The reason you should not find bleach in a first aid kit is because bleach could not help you with any emergency (unless you carry around a miniature washing machine) .
