No legitimate modeling agency (adult, children, teen, etc.) charges any upfront fees so in essence, if you come across any agency that is charging for classes, portfolio shoots, etc. they are not genuine. Stick to agency websites that clearly state they do not charge any fees. Signing with an agency is virtually free.
