Yes, there are a large number of female scientists in the country. They seem to prefer biology, computers, and medicine because that is where the money is.
Yes, there are female stockbrokers around! I think the ratio is about 1:5 women to men. I am the only female stockbroker in my firm.....I keep hoping we get more, but time will tell.
