Anyone ever bought something from Direct Wholesale Solutions?

Direct Wholesale Solutions was an internet based ecommerce company that was in business for a very short time. One of the former owners, Michael Bacolas, has taken a very bad rap for his decision to close the company. Direct wholesale Solutions was closed for two reasons: 1. The fulfillment company, Atlas Marketing, stopped fulfilling the construction of client sites; and, 2. The fulfillment company, who was also the web host, dropped all client sites off their server and locked Michael Bacolas and the other owners out of the servers to put the sites back up. That is why the company operated for a very short period of time. The fulfillment company, Atlas Marketing (who was also charging hosting on all these websites), breached their contract with Mr. Bacolas and Direct Wholesale Solutions. Any unsatisfied customers who contacted their credit card companies for refunds were given those refunds as Mr. Bacolas had a reserve fund of over $70,000. Any clients of Direct Wholesale Solutions will be given free websites and assistance with Michael Bacolas' other website programs.
