ANSWER 1

An absolute belief in God often provides one a determination that refuses to be dominated by fear, and some people mistakenly perceive this determination as arrogance. Then too, at times those whose desire to love God overrides their humility and sensitivity to others, and this is often called arrogance. Finally, the desire to relate with the suffering of others is intellectually adopted by those who have not suffered, and this attachment my cause them to overlook the humility born of suffering that those who actually suffered have acquired, and lacking this, those who are merely attached to the idea of suffering appear arrogant. ANSWER 2

Arrogance comes from pride - the thinking that one is better than another. Pride is a problem in all races not just the Jews. It is written that pride comes before a fall. The opposite word to pride is humility, and love and contentment are associated with being humble. In retrospect Abraham was born about 4000 years ago; He was the father of Isaac, and Isaac the father of Jacob. Jacob's name was changed by God to Israel (meaning, one who prevails with God). Israel had 12 sons(and several daughters) one of which was called Judah. The word Jew was first used about 740BC to describe members of the tribe of Judah. With this in mind, a person in this day and age would be pretty hard pressed not to find the blood of Israel in the majority of the worlds population. Concider looking in a mirror before, rightly or wrongly, taking the Jews to task.
