I had an '88 Veloce Spider that got about 20~22 mpg overall...same engine, I think. Can't remember what grade fuel. Absolutely disastrous car, but fun to drive.
Depends on the engine, between 144 and 240 (for the version manufactured between 1995 and 2006).
yes to parking is problem. reliability is a bigger problem and crash ratings!
