Through humanity's ingenuity some fruits are seedless by design because in some crops like seedless watermelon, the ovules are programmed to abort early in their development, the fruit still grows in response to early signals by the ovules/embryos before their abortion which leads to parthenocarpy, or seedless fruit.

oh definitley not. citrus fruits usually tend to be orange or yellow. with a few exceptions.
