Baby rabbits are never eaten by their father or any other male rabbit. In case you didn't know, a rabbit is an herbivore, which means they eat plants, not animals. Seeing as how rabbits aren't plants, no male rabbit would ever eat a baby rabbit.

Can it be that a rabbit can be pregnant but male rabbits are still after her? Would a father a masculin or male rabbit eat the baby rabbits because myself the mum of mine says that it will?
