This could depend on many factors, but one question comes to mind. Are you a real estate agent in West Virginia? Are you currently completing Broker Price Opinions (BPO) or are you considering completing BPO's.

If you are, then the first thing that I would do, would be to call or contact the WV real estate commission or whoever handles the real estate industry in WV. In KY it is the Kentucky Real Estate Commission and can be found on the internet with a simple Google Search.
