Some people may believe otherwise, but i say that Circus animals are treated well because there have been many websites that i have been researching, and the animals are taken care of, are happy, and are in a clean, well looked after habitat! It is also common sense that animals are keep well and healthy for circus's, because the audience would notice if an animal is upset, wouldn't they not?

They are abused and 2 millions of animals die each year of this.

The trainers take the wild cats teeth out, take of their claws

elephants get hooked with a sharp bull hook

because of this they develop abnormal behaviour

swaying, pacing up and down in their cramped up cages, confusion

to killing themselves.

The majority of circuses take great care of their animals. Circuses are inspected regularly by the USDA so there is no way they could hide animal abuse.<---- No they can not but are you sure that the USDA thinks that's abuse in circus life?

I went to a circus and they treat them horribly by making them do handstands. NEVER GO TO A CIRCUS JUST BELIEVE ME IT IS TRUE i am VERY upset.=[

They are tortured. They insert a sharp hook into a elephants foot and tug at it until the elephant realizes that if they go with the trainer the pain will be less. Animals are beaten during reaheral to jump throug a flaming hoop so when the real show comes they jump through the hoop without the whip in fear of being beaten. After the animals are to old to preform they are sold to a hunting arena. ANIMALS WOULD NEVER DO THE TRICKS THEY HANE TO PREFORM IN THE CIRCUS!!! IT IS UNATRAL AND EVIL TO FORCE THEM TO PREFORM!!
