Yes, all dahlias are edible, though only a few may be palatable to you. You can make things like dahlia bread, which is similar to aubergine bread. It tastes much nicer when you add cinnamon... (you may think that this is strange, it doesn't appeal to everyone!) Thaey are pretty hard to grow in your garden, but you can try!!!
