They are practically the same yes. The only difference between clippers most of the time, is whether they were designed to be used professionally (heavy-duty), or if they were designed for minimum at home use.
I would say to use ''bonsi'' clippers, because they're very sharp & are made for cutting hard things. You can by it at a garden center..
