the best boots are in fact bandos took long to find out through the combat triangle but the boots are mostly bronze iron steel black mith Adam rune dragon and bandos took 15mins of this but heres the whole website page where i found out the best boots in the game, just scroll all the way dawn to boots, but if you want bandos go way further dawn, trust me it's in there so don't give up =:D, anyways here it is, and if you want the website address just go to (see link) and search it.
