Expiration dates are there for a reason. If you want to risk getting some sort of disease, go ahead. (I'd advise against giving them to your family, though) Think about it, which is more problematic: - Having to drive ALL the way to the grocery store to get good eggs (and not get sick) OR - Eating the "expired" eggs and getting a life-threatening disease (But hey! You didn't have to run to the grocery store!) If it were me, I wouldn't eat them ^_^ But ultimately it's your choice. No... there gonna be goowe when u open them
Now THAT is trial and error. FDA requires food to have expiration dates. But, heres what I do when it comes to eggs.... If its rotten, ur definitly gonna know it. Crack it open. Check it out. Hold ur nose too ;) The further an egg spreads out after you crack it, the older it is. oooo, good luck with that too.
