Everyone's body is different. For the most part I would say, no there's not a lot of signs in the first week. But most of the early pregnancy signs you would be feeling are tender breasts, frequent urination, morning/all day sickness, and constant heart burn. Everyone's body is different. The difference between constant urination and frequent urination is that with constant urination one is always feeling the need to urinate. With frequent urination one needs to urinate often but not all the time.
No, that's anxiety. Early signs are missed period, frequent urination, and tender breasts. I had a feeling like this when i was pregnant with my 2nd. but at the time it was still to early for a pregnancy test to read positive. they kept showing up neg. until about 3.5 to 4 weeks later. meaning i fealt this practicly as soon as i was preg. I don't know if it is normal though.
I suggest you ask your obstetrician.
Nausea and vomiting are very normal during the first week of pregnancy. Sore breasts/nipples, frequent urination, Dizzy, constipated. All early signs of being pregnant. Of course the ultimate clue you are pregnant is missed period.
Not necessarily, however the following symptoms might be the only signs of telling you whether or not you might be pregnant. Who knows, you could just have quite an upset stomach. missed menstrual period nausea extreme fatigue frequent urination tender breasts headache heartburn constipation spotting feeling faint Its normally the other way around.

Not really, except that you may want to postpone sex until the infection clears due to bladder spasms. Early pregnancy can mimic a bladder infection with frequent urination, a "crampy" feeling and nausea. A kidney infection during pregnancy can cause miscarriage, if it is not treated quickly.
It's a common symptom of a few things, but one that you should consider would be thyroid problems. You should see your doctor as soon as possible, especially if your thyroid glands seem enlarged or tender or if you feel nervous, tense or if you wake up with night sweats... as you described.
The symptoms of enlarged prostate include the followings: Frequent and urgent urination; Difficulty starting urination; A weak urine flow; A feeling of incomplete bladder emptying; Frequent urination at night; Continued dribbling of urine.
