Well all girls and boys say that they are tougher.The truth is that nobody is tougher because they all have working bodies.It kind of depends on the person if they could fight or not.Most boys get beat up by girls because they are afraid to hit a girl because they would get in trouble or the girl would start crying.So if you ever get in a fight about who is tougher,you could say this speech,or just say you could find out. P.S This is coming from a boy.

They have different strengths and weaknesses. Boys have more upper body and usually make better runners since they have less fat. They also tend to be better at building-math, science, etc. Building defending the home..
Girls are said to be able to handle more physical pain have stronger hips and think differently with less emotion towards rational decisions but more on romantic ones. Keeping the home, nurturing, perpetuating the species.
That's why they work well together.
