The Bose Qc15 have more NATURAL bass. The Beats have LOUDER bass. It all depends on which one you want. Neither of them are considered 'Studio Monitor' headphones. For that, look for headphones from AKG, Audio-Technica, Beyerdynamic, Shure, Fostex or KRK.
Druversare the size of the speaker in millametres they provide either louder sound/ deeper bass when they are larger.
Well the skullcrushers have louder bass because of it's mini subwoofers built into it. The skullcrushers rarely leak music. On me the skullcrushers are also almost soundproof. The hesh headphones are really loud when you turn the music up all the way. The bass is not even close to the skullcrusher bass though. And the heshs leak music.
Bose headphones are hands down the best headphones especially for bass.
