Parsley is a herb and a good provider of vitamin C, it has many uses in the kitchen, parsley sauce is great with fish, its also commonly used as a garnish and a good breath freshener too! I feed then to my guinea-pigs and use them in salads all the time! Make sure you wash and check them for bugs first though!
