You don't have to "voluntarily" think about doing them; breathing is involuntary, otherwise everyone would pass when they went to sleep.
This is an oxy-moron you cannot be cooperating involuntarily.
you lunge a horse so that your horse can get warmed up or if your not gona ride it then you could get its exercise for the day.
Where they work automatically (I.E intestines, liver) <--- they are example of involentry organs
