i dont think so cause in fire red you ARE Ash. So she should follow you but she doesnt, which means brock isnt the same either. Also, in heart gold, she has pokemon she didnt have in the anime, so she didnt, some she doesnt.

Well, as it is my question I compared the two pictures and their descripitions. These are the similarities:
1. Green eyes
2. Orange hair
3. Live in Cerulean
4. Preferred type: Water
5. Younger sister to Daisy, Lily and Violet
6. Friends are Ash, Brock, May, Max and Tracey

And, on the Pokemon Wikia it said she was featured on the Pokemon anime as the main character in the early seasons!!!!!!!!!!
