Even though these pads do nothing to actually remove toxins from the body, they are not entirely benign. Some of these pads contain vinegar, which can be highly irritating to the skin, and can cause burns to the bottom of the feet. Users of these pads have reported occurrences of night-sweats, heart palpitations and terrifying dreams. The human body is much better equipped to rid itself of toxins than many people seem to think, and rarely requires "help". The best way to flush toxins is to stay well hydrated, eat a healthy diet, maintain a steady weight, get plenty of sleep, and let the body do the rest!

Mudoku Detox Foot Pads are amazing! I don't know whether they are actually removing toxins or not. But I have placed them on my arms and hands after strenuous lifting and it took all the soreness out within minutes! I need some more of them and can't seem to find them at reasonable price. Yes yes yes! I tried these on my feet for one day and it made a big difference! I joined answers.com to share this. Here's my story... I work for postal service and part of my job is lifting heavy parcels. After I ruptured a disk, I had inflammation really bad.
