Muffins are high in fat and sugars. even the blueberry or fruit ones are using artificial or processed fruit and are no good. as a rule stay away from lighter colored baked goods. try a darker like a bran muffin. personally i don't like them though.

∙ 13y agoIt depends on the type of muffin your having. If its a plain muffin then it may not be that high in fat. But if you add something like blueberry's to it then it might add some fat to it. Some muffin company's add sugar.
No, muffins are very low in fat, they can become high fat if you put fatty food on them such as butter or cheese.
