These things sometimes happen. Most people that find their spiritual self (consciousness, mind or thoughts, awareness and soulspirit) is in a different places than their physical bodies due to some accident, really DO want to go to Heaven, instead of coming back. Most of them get sad later on and ask: "Why me? I wanted to go to Heaven but God sent myself back: why?". Mostly, its' just: "you have a job to do on Earth, instead, but its' only for some years or decades. If you don't go too far wrong, you will go to Heaven: later". Its' a real event. It happens. But it's not an earth-reality physical thing. Its' when the soul spirit leaves the physical and is sent back: always, a reason is there.
