In short, child abusers are definitely bad people. Pedophiles should seek psychological help to avoid having their illness affect their lives, or the lives of others. If they do not commit any crimes, or any other acts that otherwise hurt other people, than it is subjective whether they are bad people or not. Pedophiles are definitely not good in that they are abusing children. The sexual abuse of children, which is what pedophiles do, can cause permanent damage that the children will never get over. It also robs children of their youth, causing them to grow up much too quickly, and once their virginity is lost, they can never get it back. While I'm sure many have deep rooted causes for their behavior, pedophilia is a crime that should receive the stiffest penalties possible.
