No.
Maryland is over-run with stink bugs. My own dogs chase and eat them. One got sick after swallowing it, and vomited the bug back up. (the dog is alright!) I spoke with a very good vet in the city today and he says that stink bugs are not poisonous to dogs. He also said his own cats prey on stink bugs, and regularly eat them.
I think not

My Jack Russel Terrier puppy ate a black stink bug. Three days later she was dead.
She had no energy, threw up everything she ate. She was about 10 Weeks old. We came on line to find out what to do and all the sites told us she would be fine. I am posting on here to say, " I believe stink bugs are poisonous/toxic to Jack Russel Terriers. Take your puppy to the vet to see what they can do. Do not just wait it out. I waited to see if she would get better and 3 days later she was dead.
