Well, i don't believe there would be anymore just because of the name they are not called the virgin islands because there are virgins there. so it is not really a very intelligent question
They literally border each other at water boundries. As far as land I think that Tortola comes within 3/4 of a mile from St. John (USVI) near West End (Sopers Hole)
