Are there Complaints against mortgage restructuring solutions inc?

I have a major complaint in with the BBB as well as the Attorney General - They promise 100% money back guarantee, then have you sign a contract with a lawyer, that they insist work for them. If your mortgage company doesn't go on board they say they will give you your money back, then if your bank doesn't go along with them, like mine, they act like they don't know you and say they have no contract with you.

DO NOT do business with them. It has been 4 mths and I'm still fighting for my $3,000 back and they say there was no contract with them. He (Harvey Garte) is so rude he has been rude to me and my bank. Sending emails threatening my bank and everything. It's amazing how rotten this company is.

After speaking with my lawyer I can tell you what he told me: If a company promises any sort of adjustment with your mortgage and want $$ up front RUN as fast as you can and don't look back. He says there are companies out there that do not require an up front payment. Find them and go with it if you have to. Also try your bank and ask about modifications, alot of banks are helping out these days if you ask. I am still fighting to keep my house, the $3,000 Mortgage Restrct, got was a mortgage payment and they knew this but now they don't care.
