Answer

Photobucket.com
More Info
Well there are many website and public portals online for uploading and storing photos online.
But I recommend two out of them :

1) http:/www.flickr.com
It is a Online website programme of Yahoo for uploading and exploring the photos online for free. Creat a Yahoo ID and then you can use Flickr.com to upload your photos for free. And it will not require any software downloading. And also the website has lot of features for users.

2) http:/picasaweb.google.com
It is Google based website programme which allows us to upload and explore photo and pictures online for free.
If you have a gmail ID then you can use it. if you don't have then Creat a gmail ID and upload your photos and pictures on it for free.
I m recommend above because they are most popular Photo and Pictures web portal. and they are not harmful for your computer. And also you can upload small movies on them.

i would suggest http:/www.photomama.com. best storage, cheapest 4*6 prints, no limits and you can make a lot gift products with your photos.

Another option to consider if you have a Costco membership, is Costco's photo service. There is no limit or cost to storing photos over time, as long as it remains active. I like being able to choose between having the pictures mailed, or a pickup in the store a few hours from the time I upload.
Many sites don't promise privacy i have read a similar query on the privacy which is vital at yahoo answers
ImageShack is another free online photo storage site that I like to use. It provides unlimited space for photo uploads (ImageShack is considered to be a media hosting site, rather than a file storage site). My experience with ImageShack has been very good. Find it here:
